خصوصية تطبيق Madar Newsroom
آخر تحديث: 13 أكتوبر 2026. هذا الملحق خاص بتطبيق Madar Newsroom الذي تشغله مؤسسة مدار لإدارة نشر أخبار صفحة مدار على فيسبوك ومزامنتها مع الموقع. لا يتيح التطبيق تسجيل دخول لعامة القراء، ولا يلزم متابع الصفحة استخدامه لقراءة الأخبار.
البيانات والغرض من استخدامها
يتعامل التطبيق مع معرف صفحة مدار واسمها، ومحتوى منشوراتها وصورها وروابطها ومعرفاتها وأوقات نشرها، ومعرفات مواد الموقع ومراجعاتها، ونتائج التشغيل وبصمات المحتوى. وقد تتضمن سجلات التفويض معرف الحساب الإداري أو مستخدم النظام المصرح له. تستخدم هذه البيانات للنشر والتحديث والتحقق من النتائج ومنع التكرار وحفظ سجل الإجراءات.
لا يستخدم التطبيق لقراءة رسائل الجمهور أو لجمع ملفاتهم الشخصية أو تعليقاتهم أو لبناء ملفات إعلانية عنهم. ليس التطبيق أداة مراسلة أو إعلانات. إذا تواصل شخص بطلب خصوصية عبر البريد، يستخدم فريق مدار بيانات الطلب للرد عليه ومعالجته.
الحماية والمشاركة والاحتفاظ
تحفظ اعتمادات التشغيل مشفرة محليا مع تقييد الوصول إليها، ولا تنشر في الأخبار أو سجلات المراجعة العامة. يرسل التطبيق محتوى الأخبار والصور إلى Meta لنشرها على صفحة مدار. لا تبيع مدار بيانات التطبيق. تخضع معالجة Meta للبيانات أيضا لسياساتها الخاصة.
يقتصر الوصول التشغيلي على المسؤولين المصرح لهم. يحتفظ بسجلات النشر والربط بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الأداة والتحقق من التعديلات ومنع إعادة نشر المواد المسحوبة. تراجع طلبات حذف المعلومات الشخصية المرتبطة بالتطبيق، مع التمييز بينها وبين المحتوى الإخباري المنشور والسجلات الضرورية للأمن أو الالتزامات القانونية.

للاستفسار أو طلب حذف بيانات مرتبطة بالتطبيق، راسل [email protected]. توضح صفحة تعليمات حذف البيانات المعلومات المطلوبة وخطوات المتابعة. تبقى سياسة خصوصية الموقع منفصلة عن هذا الملحق.
English: Madar Newsroom App Privacy
Updated October 13, 2026. Madar operates Madar Newsroom as an internal tool to publish and synchronise news on its own Facebook Page. It does not provide public-reader login. Reading or following the Page does not require using the app.
The tool processes the authorised Page's ID and name, its news text, photos, links, post IDs and publication times, website article IDs and revisions, and operational outcomes and content hashes. Authorisation records may include the authorised administrator or system-user ID. These records support publishing, updates, verification, duplicate prevention and an action history.
The app is not used to read audience messages, collect audience profiles or comments, or build advertising profiles. It is not a messaging or advertising tool. Information voluntarily emailed in a privacy request is used to respond to and handle that request.
Operational credentials are encrypted locally with restricted access and are not published in news or public review records. News content and photos are sent to Meta for Page publication. Madar does not sell app data. Meta's own processing is also governed by its separate policies.
Only authorised operators have operational access. Publication and mapping records are retained as needed to operate the tool, verify changes and prevent reposting withdrawn material. Requests to delete app-related personal information are reviewed separately from published journalism and records needed for security or legal obligations.
