كيفية إرسال الطلب

صف البيانات التي تطلب حذفها وصلتك بها. أرفق رابط المنشور أو معرف الصفحة أو السجل المعني إن كان ذلك يساعد على تحديد الطلب. إذا كان الطلب يخص تفويضك الإداري للتطبيق، اذكر ذلك صراحة.
استخدم بريدا يمكن لفريق مدار الرد عليه. لا ترسل كلمة مرور أو رمز وصول أو رمز تحقق أو مستند هوية حساسا ضمن الرسالة الأولية.
معالجة الطلب
يراجع فريق مدار الطلب، ويتحقق من صلة مقدمه بالبيانات المطلوبة بأقل معلومات لازمة، ثم يبلغه بالنتيجة أو بأي توضيح ضروري. تحذف المعلومات الشخصية غير اللازمة لاستمرار المعالجة، أو توضح أسباب الاحتفاظ المحدود بسجل يلزم لأمن التشغيل أو الالتزامات القانونية.
حذف بيانات التطبيق لا يعني تلقائيا حذف خبر أو منشور تحريري عام. تفحص طلبات إزالة المحتوى المنشور بصورة منفصلة. ولا تتحكم مدار، من خلال هذا الطلب، في البيانات التي تحتفظ بها Meta لحسابها؛ تعالج تلك البيانات عبر أدوات Meta وسياساتها. تفاصيل الاستخدام متاحة في خصوصية التطبيق.

Updated October 13, 2026. Madar Newsroom is an internal Page publishing and synchronisation tool, not a public-reader account service. You may nevertheless request review and deletion of personal information about you that the app controls.
Email [email protected] with the subject: "Madar Newsroom data deletion request".
Describe the information and your connection to it. Include a relevant post link, Page ID or record reference when helpful. State explicitly if your request concerns your administrative authorisation to the app.
Use an email address where Madar can reply. Do not send passwords, access tokens, verification codes or sensitive identity documents in the initial message.
Madar's team reviews the request, verifies the connection using only necessary information, and replies with the outcome or any essential clarification. Personal information no longer needed for processing is deleted, or the reason for retaining a limited security or legally required record is explained.
Deleting app data does not automatically remove published journalism or public Page posts; editorial-content removal requests are considered separately.
